This order implies committing to the mentioned participation costs and the General Terms and Agreements of Mikrocentrum apply. The costs include € 495,- registration costs (non-refundable at cancellation).
I agree to the participation costs and the General Terms and Agreements:
The amounts mentioned are exclusive of 21% VAT, exclusive of any High Tech Platform membership discount and including € 495,- non-refundable registration costs. 6 months before the start of the trade fair you will receive from Mikrocentrum Activities B.V. an invoice for the participation fee. If you have registered your company within 6 months before the start of the trade fair, you will receive the invoice right away. The invoice must be paid within the prescribed payment term to the bank account of Mikrocentrum. If payment is not received before the start of the trade fair, we as an organisation explicitly reserve the right to refuse access to the trade fair floor.
Cancellation is free of charge from registration until 6 months before the event, with the exception of the registration costs of € 495,-. Cancellation costs from 6 months to 3 months before the event are 25% of the participation costs. From 3 months up to 1 month before the event the cancellation costs are 50% of the participation costs and 1 month before the event the cancellation costs are the full participation costs.
