This order implies committing to the mentioned participation costs and the General Terms and Agreements of Mikrocentrum apply.
I agree to the participationcosts and the General Terms and Agreements of Mikrocentrum:

Payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before the start of the tradefair. The amounts mentioned are exclusive of 21% VAT and excluding possible discounts for members of our High Tech Platform. You will receive an invoice from Mikrocentrum Activiteiten BV for this. Your payment must be credited to the Mikrocentrum bank account within the payment term. If payment is not made on time, the organisation explicitly reserves the right to refuse access to the exhibition.

Due to the current corona situation, we have a special leniency cancellation policy for the coming edition.
Cancellation costs from 2 months to 1 month before the event amount to 50% of the participation costs. From 1 month up to and including the event, the cancellation costs are the full participation amount. In the case that the tradeshow cannot take place due to government regulations and that it cannot take place within 3 months postponement, there will be no cancellation fee so re-imbursement of this amount.
Acceptance of your registration is reserved for the organisation.
