This order implies committing to the mentioned participation costs and the General Terms and Agreements of Mikrocentrum apply.

The amounts mentioned are exclusive of 21% VAT and excluding possible discounts for members of our High Tech Platform discount and including € 495,- non-refundable registration fee. You will receive an invoice from Mikrocentrum Activiteiten BV for the participation fee. Your payment must be credited to Mikrocentrum's bank account within the payment term. If payment has not been made in time before the start of the trade fair, the organization explicitly reserves the right to deny access to the exhibition.
Cancellation is free of charge from registration until 6 months before the event, with the exception of the registration fee of € 495. Cancellation charges from 6 months to 3 months before the event are 25% of the participation fee. From 3 months up to 1 month before the event a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee will be charged and 1 month before the event a cancellation fee of the full participation fee will be charged.
